How the Sell Price Formula Works

Final Sell Price = Base Price x Variant Total x Mutation Total x (Weight / Avg Weight)^2

Variants (growth stage, Silver, Gold) add together, then multiply the mutation total. Mutations also add together. Weight has a squared effect, so doubling average weight means 4x value from weight alone. The in-game weight display rounds to two decimals, so the calculator shows a small range when weight is near the cutoff.

Ripening Times

Every fruit starts at Unripe and progresses toward Lush. The ripening duration is based on the plant's base growth time:

Unripe -> Ripened: 2.4x the plant's base growth time.

Ripened -> Lush: 7.2x the plant's base growth time.

Plants and fruits grow while you're offline, but ripeness does not advance offline. You must be in-game for the Lush timer to tick.

Single vs Multi-Harvest Plants

Single-harvest plants produce one fruit and must be replanted. They sell for a huge amount relative to seed cost once they reach Lush, which is best for building capital early on.

Multi-harvest plants produce fruit repeatedly without replanting. Each fruit has a lower base sell price, but they generate passive income over time. Transition to these once you can afford the expensive seeds.
